“As far as we’re concerned, we’re delighted with the quality and finish of the house, it’s exceeded our expectations! Even just simple things like the rear garden - we thought it would be shaded being north facing but we get sun all day because we’re only backed by a bungalow and the garden is raised. Generally, it’s delightful. We have no complaints, that’s for sure.”

The remote-control garage doors, the alarm, the bi-fold doors, the block paved driveway, the patio slabs, good sized driveways and garages, sanitary ware fittings - All of it is why Grace Homes properties are worth the additional cost. 'Whilst we we're looking to move house we looked at a number of homes both new and second hand. The Stoke Albany house was much better in regard to plot location, what was included, and the quality of fixtures and fittings used so it was better value for money in comparison to the others we saw. It's silly things like there aren't many straight lines at the development, the houses aren't in rows which gives the place a little bit more character. For example, I look outside my bay window and I cannot see another, single window which I love.'

"It's a lovely house on a good sized plot, which I think is quite unusual for a new build. There's plenty of space. They could probably have squeezed another one or two houses on our plot.
