1. Leicester Cathedral: The final resting place of King Richard III, whose remains were famously discovered beneath a nearby car park in 2012, is a must-see attraction. The 900-year-old cathedral has a visitor centre nearby telling the story of the king’s life and death
2. National Space Centre: This interactive science museum is a great place for the whole family to learn about space exploration. Visitors can explore the exhibits, including a full-size replica of the International Space Station, and watch live demonstrations and science shows
3. Leicester city centre: All roads lead to the iconic 19th century Haymarket Memorial Clock Tower, a popular meeting place at the junction of five streets in the centre of the city’s shopping district. Home to one of the biggest markets in Europe, Leicester’s Highcross shopping complex is a popular destination, as are The Lanes, the winding Victorian streets packed with independent traders, pubs, cafes and restaurants
4. Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre: This heritage centre is dedicated to the history of the Battle of Bosworth, considered to be one of the most significant battles in English history. Visitors can learn about the 1485 battle, and see a number of artefacts and exhibits related to the period 
5. Bradgate Park: This popular country park, located in the heart of the Charnwood Forest, is home to a wide variety of wildlife. Open to the public, visitors can explore the beautiful parkland and take in the sights and sounds of nature, including the ruins of Bradgate House, the childhood home of Lady Jane Grey
6. The Great Central Railway: This heritage railway offers visitors the chance to experience the sights and sounds of steam trains from a bygone era. Visitors can enjoy the beautiful countryside in a ride on a steam train - the 8.25-mile route runs between Loughborough and a new terminus in the north of Leicester.

To make a reservation, you must be in a position to proceed (for example, sold subject to contract if this purchase is dependent on the sale of another property). 

The initial reservation fee is 1% of the purchase price, with a further 9% payable upon exchange of contracts. 

If the home you have reserved is already built, we will arrange a convenient time for you to view. 

If you have reserved off-plan or your home is currently under construction, we will invite you to view it throughout the different stages of construction, as and when it is safe for you to do so.
