Henry oversees all stages of each development, from sourcing land and gaining planning permissions, through the details of the build programmes, and finally the marketing, sales, and aftercare.

As an antidote to his busy working life Henry enjoys spending time with his family, taking his motorbike out on road trips, and paddling the rivers of Northamptonshire by canoe.

Steve, one of our founding directors, has been shaping Grace Homes from day one with his passion for architecture and eye for detail. He enjoys being involved in every stage of design, ensuring each home has its own unique character.

Outside the office, Steve is happiest outdoors — whether walking his dog, cycling on or off-road, or cheering on his beloved local rugby team, The Saints.

With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Peter leads both the construction and commercial teams at Grace Homes. His leadership ensures projects run smoothly from start to finish, balancing quality, efficiency, and strong contractor relationships at every stage.

Outside of work, Peter enjoys spending time outdoors soaking up the sunshine. He cherishes quality moments with his family, enjoys long walks with the dog, and can often be found riding his classic Lambretta around the Northamptonshire countryside.

Dan's role is to secure new development opportunities located within an hours' drive of the office in Corby. He leads on ecology and biodiversity and secures planning decisions in support of new developments. Outside of work he is kept busy by his two sons, playing golf and takes an active role in village life. His passion for construction also spills over into home life with various DIY projects on the go at any one time.

Richard is the driving force behind financial strategy at Grace Homes, managing controls, reporting, and forecasting to ensure the business stays on solid financial ground. He’s also passionate about fine-tuning financial processes and implementing systems that support the company’s growth and efficiency.

When he’s not navigating the numbers, you’ll find Richard cycling through the scenic lanes of Rutland, where he enjoys discovering hidden cafes and soaking in the countryside. He’s also a dedicated family man, often found on the football pitch playing with his son and daughter.

Paul is a seasoned construction management professional with over 25 years of experience overseeing the core technical aspects of house building projects. From blueprint to build, he ensures every detail aligns with accuracy and intention. Known for his calm under pressure and knack for turning complex challenges into practical solutions, Paul is technical foundation departments rely on. When he’s not immersed in technical details, Paul’s interest shifts to the rugby pitch. A lifelong fan of the sport, he enjoys watching his son excel on the field at club level and remains a steadfast supporter of the Leicester Tigers – win or lose.

Anna has worked for many years as an Architectural Technologist in the construction industry and enjoys her role within the technical team at Grace Homes, liaising with our Construction Design Consultants and on-site Management to assist in the smooth running of the construction projects.

Anna is also a keen musician who loves to spend most weekends either playing in a local band or attending live music events.

Kieran works within our commercial department, managing budgets, valuations, and orders placed with suppliers and subcontractors. As a key figure in overseeing the financial and contractual elements of each project, he ensures budgets stay on track and resources are used efficiently.

Outside of work, Kieran enjoys weekend camping adventures with his partner and their Instagram-famous dog, Bella.

Emily enjoys all aspects of sales and marketing but is particularly passionate about ensuring a seamless sales process for customers, giving them the best possible experience throughout the purchase of their new home.

Outside of work Emily enjoys spending time with her son, usually keeping him occupied on the family farm.

Laura is the friendly link between our customers, sales & marketing team, and everything happening on site. With a background in film and television production, she brings creativity and attention to detail to everything she does. Over her 10 years at Grace Homes, she’s developed a keen eye for show home design and loves helping customers choose the perfect finishes, extras, and touches to make their new home feel just right. Laura also looks after our fundraising and charity work, drawing on her past volunteering experience.

Outside of work, she enjoys walking, travelling and spending time with her family.

With extensive experience in construction and property maintenance, Dion fills an important role at Grace Homes Limited in ensuring our customers receive excellent support throughout their home’s maintenance period. Valued for his polite manner and friendly approach, Dion works closely with homeowners to address any issues that arise, ensuring a smooth, swift experience. His commitment to quality makes him a trusted point of contact for all maintenance-related needs.

Outside of work, Dion enjoys spending time with his family, caring for his beloved dachshunds, and making regular trips to the Isle of Wight.

As Quality and Customer Care Coordinator, Jenny helps customers with any Customer Care queries they may have, as well as assisting the Site & Technical Teams with their quality processes. As a Design Crafts graduate and experienced ceramicist, Jenny has a keen eye for design and detail - skills that fit in perfectly at Grace Homes.

When not supporting Richard in her role, Joanne enjoys spending time in her garden and making the most of quality time with family and friends. A keen cricket enthusiast, she spends many of her summer Saturdays at grounds across the county, scoring for the team her husband plays for.

Cherie has been in accounts for most of her working life, spending the last few years in the construction industry. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending too much time in bookshops (it that's possible?). She can also be found with a camera in hand at car shows and spending time with her family.

Rachael plays a vital role at Grace Homes, managing a wide range of responsibilities that keep our operations running smoothly. From overseeing key administrative tasks to ensuring that everyone is paid on time, her work is essential to the smooth running of the business.

Outside of the office, Rachael enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid rugby supporter – A proud fan of Northampton Saints and her home team, the mighty All Blacks.

Paul has worked in construction since 1982, and started his working life as a scaffolder. Time outside of work is spent horse riding with his daughter, as well as enjoying his other hobbies of photography, cycling, nature/countryside, travelling.

Adam has over 34 years of experience in the construction industry, including 25 years as a site manager. He has worked on a wide variety of projects, from traditional brickwork and timber-frame builds to reinforced concrete apartment blocks.

Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time outdoors with his children, coaching youth football, and supporting his beloved Tottenham Hotspur.

Raf began his construction career in 2012, working for a national housebuilder before joining Grace Homes. Here, he plays a key role in bringing our homes to completion, ensuring that every home is finished to the highest standard and that our customers are well looked after throughout the handover process. Outside of work, Raf is a dedicated BBQ enthusiast, famous at Grace Homes for his legendary seasoning recipe – one he sadly refuses to share!
