Henry oversees all stages of each development, from sourcing land and gaining planning permissions, through the details of the build programmes, and finally the marketing, sales and aftercare.

As an antidote to his busy working life Henry enjoys spending time with his family, taking his motorbike out on road trips, and paddling the rivers of Northamptonshire by canoe.

Steve is involved in all aspects of design for Grace Homes from assisting in gaining planning permission for our developments to the kitchen and bathroom layouts. He is also heavily involved in specifying the fixtures and fittings that are used to create our homes and has a passion for architecture and detailing - both of which help in the creative thinking behind our developments.

When he's not in the office Steve is very much an outdoors man. If he's not out walking his dog, he is a keen cyclist both on and off-road. He also enjoys watching rugby, especially local team The Saints.

With over 25 years in the construction industry Peter leads the construction and commercial teams.

Peter enjoys being outdoors especially in the sunshine. Peter enjoys spending time with his family including sailing & Paddleboarding with his children and attempting an occasional round of golf

Dan's role is to secure new development opportunities located within an hours' drive of the office in Corby. Outside of work he is kept busy by his two sons and monthly golf tournaments with his friends. His passion for construction also spills over into home life with various DIY projects on the go at any one time.

Richard is responsible for the Financial Management, Controls and Reporting at Grace Homes and for the reviewing and implementing of Financial Processes, Procedures and Systems. Outside of work Richard enjoys running, cycling and going on walks with his family.

Paul has been involved in various aspects of construction management over the last 25 years and is responsible for all things technical.

In his spare time he enjoys everything rugby including watching his son play club rugby not forgetting supporting Leicester Tigers, ideally with a pint in his hand.

Anna has worked for many years as an Architectural Technologist in the construction industry and enjoys her role within the technical team at Grace Homes, liaising with our Construction Design Consultants and on-site Management to assist in the smooth running of the construction projects.

Anna is also a keen musician who loves to spend most weekends either playing in a local band or attending live music events.

Marcus has over 25 years experience in the house building industry having worked on a variety of projects across the south east of England. His role includes the financial control of the sub-contractors across Grace Homes developments.

Outside of work Marcus enjoys running and trying to play golf, he would also describe himself as an armchair follower of Luton Town FC.

Kieran supports Peter and Marcus in a number of ways including managing the orders placed with suppliers and subcontractors as he works towards completing his professional qualifications by the end of the year.

In his spare time when he's not down the gym he is a self-confessed hustler on the pool table. You have been warned.

I enjoy all aspects of sales and marketing but am particularly passionate about ensuring a seamless sales process for customers, giving them the best possible experience and confidence in their purchase and new home.

Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my son, usually keeping him occupied on the family farm.

Laura makes sure our customers' buying and moving experience is seamless. She forms the important link between our customers, sales and activities on site. Prior to joining us was rather different as Laura has a background in film and television production, and she spent a great deal of time travelling the world working with ‘A-List’ stars. Nowadays in her spare time Laura still likes to keep her hand in with production management, but also enjoys a spot of furniture restoration.

Dion has extensive experience in construction and maintenance and, where required, will assist customers whose homes are in the maintenance period.

As Quality and Customer Care Coordinator, Jenny helps customers with any Customer Care queries they may have, as well as assisting the Site & Technical Teams with their quality processes. As a Design Crafts graduate and experienced ceramicist, Jenny has a keen eye for design and detail - skills that fit in perfectly at Grace Homes.

When Sharon isn't assisting the whole team in a wide range of activities she enjoys walking her dog, Alfie, and cycling around the local villages with her family.

When not assisting Richard, Joanne enjoys spending time with her family. During most Saturdays and Sundays throughout the summer she can be found on various cricket pitches around the county, scoring for the cricket team both her husband and son play in.

Cherie has been in accounts for most of her working life, spending the last few years in the construction industry. Outside of work, she enjoys reading and spending too much time in bookshops (it that's possible?). She can also be found with a camera in hand at car shows and spending time with her family.

Rachael handles the day-to-day financial affairs of the Company. Most importantly she ensures everyone gets paid on time.

As well as spending time with her family, Rachael is a big Rugby fan, and a passionate supporter of her home team the mighty All Blacks.

Paul has worked in construction since 1982, and started his working life as a scaffolder. Time outside of work is spent horse riding with his daughter, as well as enjoying his hobbies of photography, cycling, walking and travelling.

Adam has worked in construction for over 27 years. He's worked on a vast array of projects from traditional timber frame builds to reinforced concrete. In his spare time life is all about spending time outdoors with his children and following his beloved Tottenham Hotspurs.

Matt joins the team with a wealth of experience gained from working for several well known housebuilders.

Allan never feels more at home than when he is building somebody else’s new home. He enjoys DIY, watching the rugby and Formula 1, spending time in the garden and socialising with family & friends. With 3 decades of experience with-in the building trade he’s never far from his next home improvement or gardening project.

Raf started out in construction in 2012. Before arriving at Grace Homes he was working for a national housebuilder.

Outside of work, he is a BBQ enthusiast and has a legendary seasoning that he refuses to share!

Andy has worked in the construction industry for 27 years working on many projects such as, conversions, timber frame and traditional builds. In his spare time, he enjoys being in the garden and spending time with his grandchildren.
