We are proud to announce that Grace Homes have won the regional finals for the ‘New Build Project of the Year’ award at the Energy Efficiency Awards 2024!
Last week we shared that our development at ‘Chestnut Edge, Stoke Albany’ had been shortlisted for the New Build Project of the Year, and also shared a little about the Energy Efficiency Awards 2024 and what they showcased, you can find the previous post here.
Against some stiff competition from fellow developers, Chestnut Edge triumphed! After winning the category at the regional final, Chestnut Edge will now be entered into the national finals for the ‘Multi-Measure Project of the Year’ category , which take place in November this year.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT?
