Work has Started on the New Homes at Welland Fields

We have now started work at our new development in Lubenham, and have been laying down the infrastructure in preparation for the new homes we will be building.

Lubenham is a village steeped in history. You may be surprised to learn that it even appears in the Domesday Book as ‘Lubanham’. At this point in time the village had a population of only 45, many of who would have farmed the parish lands. With two beautiful open spaces within the development we hope that Welland Fields will maintain this link with its past.
