We are over the moon to have been shortlisted in three different categories at the 2017 LABC Building Excellence Awards. We are particualrly thrilled as the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards celebrate the vital elements needed for the creation of excellent buildings: outstanding craftsmanship, technical innovation, sustainability and high performance.
The awards we have been short listed for are:
Best Change of Use of an Existing Building or Conversion: Herne Lodge, Oundle, Peterborough
Best Small New Housing Development: The Fieldings, Brigstock, Northamptonshire
LABC Residential Site Agent of the Year: Andy Redgwell, Pat Guest and Paul Mott
