If you’ve found your perfect Grace Homes property, but still need to sell your current house, read on to learn more about how our Assisted Move Scheme could help.
WHAT IS THE ASSISTED MOVE SCHEME?
Our Assisted Move Scheme has been set up to enable customers to reserve one of our beautiful new build properties BEFORE they’ve sold their current home. Not only that, but if you purchase one of our new build properties and sell your current home via our Assisted Move Scheme, we will pay your estate agent fees!*
We’ve put together this handy guide to give you all the information you need, as well as all the relevant terms and conditions, but if you have any questions afterwards or want to discuss your options with a member of our Sales Team, please contact [email protected] or call 01536 740019.
HOW IT WORKS
- You choose your Grace Home and speak to our Sales Consultant about our Assisted Move Scheme.
- We arrange independent valuations for you. We’ll use at least two local estate agents to ensure we get a balanced market view on what your current home could sell for.
- We’ll agree an asking price with you based on the valuations received, then we’ll instruct the agents to handle the sale.
- Once your property is sold, your Assisted Move Reservation is converted into a full reservation and, on legal completion, we will pay the agents fees. (Terms and Conditions apply).
