We proudly launched our newest development, Hanwood Park, with a special open weekend last weekend and were pleased to have taken the first reservation within hours of opening!
Visitors were treated to the first look of our dedicated sales area on site – as well as a glass or two of fizz to celebrate!

Throughout the weekend, our Sales & Marketing Manager, Emily Smith, was on hand assisting customers, guiding them through the site details and taking reservations.
Various members of the Grace Homes’ team also joined Emily over the weekend to meet customers and answer their questions. These team members included Construction Director, Peter Hutorka; Design Director, Steven Bateman; and Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Laura Cakebread. Visitors also benefitted from the knowledge of independent mortgage advisor, Sam Noble from Mortgages First, who was offering expert advice to visitors.
We had a great turnout for the event, with everyone keen to see what we had on offer.
So much detail, planning and hard work goes into every one of our new build developments, so it is always exciting when we are finally able to launch them, and it was lovely to hear lots of positive feedback from customers over the weekend and start taking reservations.

We believe that tackling climate change is urgent and vitally important and have therefore been making lots of positive changes in our business - we will do a separate post about that soon!
