Grace Homes Reaches the Finals at Two Prestigious Awards Ceremonies

2018 has been something of a year for Grace Homes in terms of recognition. Firstly, Herne Lodge in Oundle has been shortlisted in the 'Preservation & Rejuvenation' category at the East Midlands Celebrating Construction Awards. On the 11th May judges will be looking to recognise the achievement of high standards in the repair, re-use and revitalisation of the region's historic buildings, sites and places.

Secondly, we have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Central LABC Building Excellence Awards 2018 no less than four times in the following categories:

'Best Change of Use of an Existing Building or Conversion': The Fieldings, Brigstock

'Best Small New Housing Development': Mackworth Drive, Finedon, Wellingborough; White Lodge Farm Phase 3a, Burton Latimer, Kettering; and The Fieldings, Brigstock

The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards celebrate the essential elements needed for the creation of excellent buildings, such as outstanding craftsmanship, technical innovation, sustainability and high performance. The awards ceremony will take place on Friday 25th May at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Milton Keynes.

It is always such a thrill when the hard work and dedication of our team is recognised, and we hope we are able to bring home at least one win over the coming weeks.
