WANT TO KNOW MORE ABOUT AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMPS?

Like the sound of Air Source Heat Pumps but want to know more?

Come along to Sysonby Lodge for a Q&A session with Mitsubishi this Saturday 16th March 2024.

Grace Homes are installing ultra-quiet Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pumps in all of their properties at Sysonby Lodge, and indeed, on all of their upcoming new build developments - including Brigstock and Hanwood Park in Northamptonshire and Stoke Albany in Leicestershire.

This event is open to everyone, Grace Homes are keen for anyone with an interest in air source heat pumps to benefit from the expert knowledge of the Mitsubishi representative. However, Moores Estate Agents will also be present, so it is also the perfect opportunity to take a look around the properties available if you are looking for your new dream home.

Come along this Saturday 16th March between 11am and 2pm for a Q & A with Mitsubishi. No appointments are necessary, although booking is advisable. Appointments for the Q&A session and for plot viewings can be booked via Moores Estate Agents on 01572 757979 or email [email protected]

ABOUT SYSONBY LODGE:

Sysonby Lodge is a prestigious blend of new and old - choose from one of ten luxury conversions or a stunning new home within the existing parkland. View the exceptional specification here.

Featuring air source heat pumps, underfloor heating, electric car chargers and photovoltaic solar panels, we are incredibly proud to say that all our new-build homes are EPC ‘A’ Rated. For those who are unfamiliar, an ‘A’ rating is the highest rating you can achieve, meaning all our new-build properties are viewed as excellent in terms of energy efficiency. To put this into perspective, according to the latest government statistics, only 5% of new build properties achieved EPC A ratings in the last quarter (Oct – Dec 2023).

As a company, we have been focusing on reducing our carbon footprint and our impact on the local area, both in our offices and in the new homes that we build. We believe that tackling climate change is urgent and vitally important and have therefore been making lots of positive changes in our business. We are very keen to engage our customers, contractors and supply chain with our work and have set up a ‘Green Team’ for staff to collate ideas and actively work on what other ways we could make changes and reduce our carbon footprint.
