Could You Be Our New Assistant Site Manager?
We are expanding our team, and are looking for somebody with a keen eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills with experience in finishing new homes to an incredibly high standard. The ideal candidate will have experience as an Assistant Site Manager on a residential housing development site and have coordinated contractors to finish houses, a good all round, practical knowledge is also a necessity.
About the role:
You will provide assistance and support to the Senior Site Manager, and together you will ensure Grace Homes continues to hand over high-quality homes to customers that are on schedule and finished to the highest possible standards. You will aim to exceed customer expectations when handing over the keys to their new home and will be an integral member of the construction team.
Alongside a competitive salary, benefits include a bonus and a car allowance.
