    Henry oversees all stages of each development, from sourcing land and gaining planning permissions, through the details of the build programmes, and finally the marketing, sales and aftercare.

    As an antidote to his busy working life Henry enjoys spending time with his family, taking his motorbike out on road trips, and paddling the rivers of Northamptonshire by canoe.

    Steve is involved in all aspects of design for Grace Homes from assisting in gaining planning permission for our developments to the kitchen and bathroom layouts. He is also heavily involved in specifying the fixtures and fittings that are used to create our homes and has a passion for architecture and detailing - both of which help in the creative thinking behind our developments.

    When he's not in the office Steve is very much an outdoors man. When he's not out walking his dog, he is a keen cyclist both on and off road. He also enjoys watching rugby, especially local team The Saints.

    Laura makes sure our customers' buying and moving experience is seamless. She forms the important link between our customers, sales and activities on site. Prior to joining us was rather different as Laura has a background in film and television production, and she spent a great deal of time travelling the world working with ‘A-List’ stars. Nowadays in her spare time Laura still likes to keep her hand in with production management, but also enjoys a spot of furniture restoration.

    Bethan is an Apprentice Office Administrator and is completing her apprenticeship whilst working for us. She recently completed her Level 2 NCFE Diploma in Business Administration, and provides key administrative support across our team. Outside of work Bethan enjoys dance and going to the gym.

    Ben is kept busy assisting Andy at White Lodge Farm whilst also studying at Moulton College for a Higher Apprenticeship in Sustainable Built Environment & an NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Construction Management. Prior to joining Grace Homes, Ben spent ten years fitting and tiling bathrooms, wet rooms and kitchens.

    He is an avid West Ham United supporter, and also enjoys boxing and swimming. When he's not doing his own tradework around his home you can find him relaxing with his family and friends.

    John’s role mainly covers maintenance works and subcontractor coordination. He also works closely with our team based at head office. Having spent many years working in his family’s construction business John has a high level of experience, ensuring we offer our customers an exceptional level of service.

    John's latest hobby is kite surfing, but when he wants to take his foot off the gas he can be found pottering around his allotment.

    Mark is responsible for the Financial Management, Controls and Reporting at Grace Homes and for the reviewing and implementing of Financial Processes, Procedures and Systems.

    Outside of work Mark is a follower of Rugby Union and a proud Season Ticket Holder at Leicester Tigers. He is also a fair weather walker; is a collector and player of Vinyl Records; and is an avid reader of the history of the World Wars I and II.
