"It's a lovely house on a good sized plot, which I think is quite unusual for a new build. There's plenty of space. They could probably have squeezed another one or two houses on our plot. We've had very few reasons to call them up, but when we have there was always someone at the end of the phone. Nothing was too much trouble, and there was certainly no chasing involved. Because they are a smaller company their care and attention to detail is incomparable. The finish is superb, nothing has been scrimped on.
