We have in-house planning and design expertise, and have also developed a strong working relationship with a number of consultants dealing with design, planning, traffic, noise, contamination, landscaping, archaeology and ecology.

Our specialism is promoting land through the planning process, and we’ve had a number of joint successes with landowners where Planning Consent has been historically difficult to obtain due to conservation and other design constraints. 

A recent successful application in Lubbenham was described by the Planning Committee as “The perfect planning application” because of our careful and thoughtful approach to every part of the local environment.

We are also open to working collaboratively after achieving success has been achieved in the planning process, having developed a number of projects in joint ventures with the landowner.
