The Local Homes Scheme benefits the community by providing affordable housing for the local population. Each home in the scheme is built to the same exacting standards that you would expect from Grace Homes, and is available to buy at a discount (subject to the purchaser being eligible).
The requirements have been designed to benefit those who are already living or working in the local area and may not be able to afford a home at full value.
