Work Starts on 16 New Homes in Hallaton

Work has started on a new development off North End Road in Hallaton. This small development of 16 properties will be a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and will include two bungalows.

Located in the beautiful Welland Valley, Hallaton has breath-taking views across rolling countryside. This historic Leicestershire village has a highly-regarded Primary School, two pubs (the Fox Inn and the Bewicke Arms), and is conveniently located for Market Harborough rail station (only 8 miles away with trains to London taking under an hour).

The homes themselves have been designed to blend in with this historic conservation village and will be built from a mixture of stone, render, and brick, with slate and clay roof tiles.

We hope to release the first homes for sale early next summer, but with this development still in its early stages, brochures and prices are not yet available.

If you would like to receive updates as soon as it becomes available please register your details with us.
