Mr and Mrs Faulkner recently moved into their new home at Langdale in Thorpe Langton and they couldn't be more thrilled. They were kind enough to share their experiences to date of living in this boutique development, nestled at the foot of the Caudle Hills.
“Prior to moving, we were living in Great Bowden. We wanted to stay in the area but were looking to transition to a smaller house that would be easier to maintain. We spotted the sign for Langdale when we were driving through Thorpe Langton. The name Grace Homes caught our eye as some friends had bought from them in the past, and the standard of their home was incredibly high.
Annie Wicklow (the Sales Manager) helped us through the buying process. We didn’t ever feel rushed, and she was a great help as we made our choices and thought about the extras we wanted in our new home.
When we were given our keys it was very exciting. We were greeted with a lovely welcome pack containing tea, coffee, fresh milk and a bottle of champagne. All the bathrooms had Moulton Brown toiletries, and the Site Manager had even put a skip outside for us so that we could put all our moving day rubbish into it.
Our first night was so memorable. Once everyone had left for the day, we borrowed a couple of glasses, lit the fire, pulled up two deckchairs and opened the champagne. It was perfect.
We love every inch of our home. Everything is what we hoped for and more. We’re just so happy here, we wake up happy every morning.”
