We are really excited to see the progress at our new development in the pretty village of Brigstock in East Northamptonshire. The site is almost clear, and we are hoping to commence building in early August.

We will be creating 8 homes in total with a mixture of new builds and conversions of existing buildings. There will be two 2-bedroom barn conversions, three 3-bedroom cottages, one 4-bedroom conversion, and two 5-bedroom houses. All of our homes will be built out of local stone to ensure they are in keeping with the surrounding area.

Brigstock is a thriving village that is well-served by local amenities including a primary school, doctors surgery, a post office, two village shops, and two pubs.
