We have been overwhelmed by the interest in our Old School Avenue development in Oundle, and at the time of writing only 1 property in the first phase of building remains for sale (click here for more details on Sycamore Cottage). We are pleased to announce that the four luxury apartments formed from the conversion of Herne Lodge will be released for sale in early 2016. In addition, building of a further 10 homes will commence in early 2016, at which point the brochures and prices will also be made available.
