If you love your new home it is natural to want to share your joy with those closest to you. So many of our customers have been referred to us by their friends and family members, in fact, in 2019, every single customer that completed our post-move survey said they would recommend us to their family and friends.

This is why we have launched our new Refer a Friend scheme. It is our way of saying thank you to our customers. With the Refer a Friend scheme, every time a customer recommends Grace Homes to someone, we’ll give both of them £250 when they move into their new home.*
