Harborough planning committee has resolved to grant the proposed planning permission for 23 new homes to be built on a plot of land off North End in Hallaton, Leicestershire. We are now working to agree the Section 106 Agreement so that the planning permission can move forward.
We hope to start on site in 2020, and plan to build 23 new homes, ranging from one-bedroom through to four-bedrooms. The houses will be constructed from a mix of stone, brick and render, with clay and slate roofs, and views of the historic village of Hallaton.
