We offer a warm welcome to Paul Mott, our new Site Manager at Bay House Farm, Orton. Paul has worked in construction since 1982, gaining experience with both national and regional house builders.
During the working week, Paul is based at Bay House Farm in Orton, Northamptonshire, where we are creating five homes from a mix of renovations and conversions of the original farmhouse and traditional farm buildings.
Outside of work his time is spent horse riding with his daughter. He also enjoys photography, cycling, walking and travelling.
