When Mr & Mrs Mutton were looking to move house, they weren't necessarily looking for a new build. However, conversations with friends and family led them to White Lodge Farm in Burton Latimer and they couldn't be happier with their new home.
Mrs Mutton told us: "We'd previously lived in two older, rural properties, before buying a new build in Desborough, where we stayed for 10 years. My husband grew up on a farm and preferred a rural setting, and wasn't keen on buying a new home. However, an architect friend recommended Grace Homes to us as he thinks they are amazing homes for the price that you pay. Two of our friends had also previously bought from Grace Homes, and we really loved the homes that they lived in.
Off the back of this, we visited Orton and saw the quality for ourselves. We were very impressed, but it wasn't quite the right home for us. We looked at White Lodge Farm, and really liked what we saw - the rustic feel to all of the homes means that they are new, but with character."
When we asked what Mrs Mutton particularly liked about her new homes, she replied: "The finish is superb. Everything is quality - no corners have been cut. Everything is included in the price. So when you ask about an outside light, or an outside tap, or whether the garden will be turfed, it is all done for you at no extra cost. It's what you hope will happen when you buy a new home, but this isn't necessarily the case with other builders. Our home exceeds our expectations. The finish is amazing."
They have also been delighted with the level of service they've received, both during the sales process and since they have moved in. Mrs Mutton explained: "I used to work in Customer Services, and so I appreciate good service when I experience it. Annie is so professional, and anything we needed she always got back to us. Also, our home is right next to compound, and the workmen are so respectful and friendly. They are so helpful and they always smile and say good morning and ask how we are getting on."
