It was the 2017 LABC Building Excellence Regional Awards last week, and we were thrilled that Herne Lodge, Oundle was Highly Commended in the "Best Change of Use of an Existing Building or Conversion" category.
The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards celebrate the vital elements needed for the creation of excellent buildings: outstanding craftsmanship, technical innovation, sustainability and high performance. Converting this former hunting lodge into four luxury apartments was an incredibly tricky process, and the four new homes bear testament to the hard work and skilled craftsmanship that was involved.
We would like to thank everyone that helped to create the apartments at Herne Lodge, and hope that you are suitably proud of your achievements.
