Jo Wale recently moved into a new home built by Grace Homes at Walnut View in Hallaton. We asked how she is settling into her charming two-bedroom cottage in this gorgeous Leicestershire village, and she couldn’t be happier.
Commenting on her new life at Walnut View, Jo told us: “The house is fantastic. It’s absolutely beautiful. When you look at the house from the outside it’s so pretty. The detail in the brickwork, the way it has been stepped, it is so clever. What quality and workmanship you put in, the attention to detail is fantastic, it really is.”
As the daughter of a builder and working in the construction industry herself, Jo has a good idea of what to look for a new home. She told us: “I work at a window company, and the timber windows used in my home are of exceptional quality. No other new build housebuilder goes to this attention to detail."
"I'm a big fan of oak, so the internal timber doors are a big plus for me. The appliances are such good quality, too. I don't have a utility room in my new home, and they are so quiet you can hardly hear them."
"I haven’t had a single visitor who can get over the quality. It really is a stunning home.”
Other homes are still under construction at Walnut View, and so we asked Jo how it was living on a live site: “The people on site are fantastic, always so pleasant. They all say Grace Homes is a nice company to work for, and one employee said he thinks this is the nicest site Grace Homes has ever worked on.”
When asked if Jo would recommend Grace Homes to her family and friends she said: “I already have! I mentioned Grace Homes to a friend who is interested in the new development in Stoke Albany.”
