GRETTON PLAY AREA LAUNCH

Grace Homes was thrilled to have been invited to the launch of the new play area at the Gretton Recreation Ground. Amber Smithen attended as our representative.

The play area had been made possible thanks to the contribution that we had made whilst completing the development at Avenue Farm, Gretton, along with time spent and hard work undertaken by Tim Fox and the Friends of Gretton Recreation Ground.

The guest of honour was Peppa Pig who was given the task of cutting the ribbon which was no mean feat when you take into account the trotters.

Amber commented ‘it was a real pleasure to have been part of the launch and to see how the contribution had been used to benefit the local area. The support of so many villagers, young and old, was wonderful to see.........there was a real sense of community’.
