It is great to see a new community take shape as customers start moving into their new homes at White Lodge Farm in Burton Latimer.
The first couple to move into this development of three and four bedroom homes was Mr Butlin and Miss Byford. When they started looking for a new home Grace Homes was already on their radar, as a relative of Miss Byford’s had just moved into one of our properties in another part of Northamptonshire:
“My mum recently bought a Grace Homes house in Brigstock. Seeing her experiences first hand, coupled with the many recommendations of this company from others led us to look at the new homes at White Lodge Farm.”
Having viewed other new build developments in the local area, they were pleasantly surprised by the standard of finish and build quality with the houses built by Grace Homes. This is particularly high praise, as Mr Butlin works in construction as a plumber, and confessed he initially had concerns about buying a new build home. Mr Butlin told us:
“The high standard of the products that Grace Homes uses makes for an impressive finish, and many of our visitors have commented on this. We like the fact that they are using the same specification in every home, regardless of its size. We were especially drawn to the oak doors used throughout our home, and the kitchen specification with its SmartHaus units and Silestone quartz work surfaces and upstands. It is also good to see that Grace Homes uses a lot of local companies and trades people.”
“Grace Homes offered us an immense range of products as their standard. Being able to choose what we wanted without any extra cost was one of the reasons why we decided to purchase our home from them.”
Having witnessed the buying process and experienced the aftercare service provided to Miss Byford’s mother, their expectations for their own purchase were high. It seems we've managed to meet, if not exceed, these:
“From reserving our home to the release of the keys, the service from Grace Homes was outstanding. The whole team kept us up to date with the progress of our home, and we were able to make use of the ‘Help to Buy’ scheme as well. We didn’t know that much about ‘Help to Buy’, but the Sales Manager, Annie, explained the process to us and made sure we knew everything we needed to know.”
“Since we’ve moved in, the customer service has been excellent. Andy (the Site Manager) has been brilliant, and we know any questions we may have will be responded to quickly.”
We wish Mr Butlin and Miss Byford many happy years in their new home, and look forward to seeing this new community of friends and neighbours develop.
