We are delighted to announce that it’s full steam ahead at The Fieldings now that we have received our new improved planning consent.

Some of the changes we have made are as follows:

• Plots 4 and 5, both of which have 5 bedrooms, will benefit from a design that is in keeping with their surroundings but with a modern twist. The exterior of these properties will be a mix of stone and timber, and both properties will enjoy views of the cricket field to the south.
• The layout of plots 6 and 7, both barn conversions, have been modified so that the homes we create will have better room layouts.
• Finally, plot 8 is a conversion of an existing building, and we have worked hard to create an open living space that we know our customers appreciate. This home will provide a kitchen and living area that is both spacious and homely, and will open out onto a private and secluded courtyard area.
