It may only be the first week of the year, but we have so much to share with you about the homes we're building in 2019.
More than half of the new homes at White Lodge Farm in Burton Latimer have now been sold, with some of our customers already enjoying their second Christmas in their homes. It was lovely to witness first hand the lovely community that is developing at our 'Meet your neighbours' Christmas gathering. Many customers continue to take advantage of the Government's Help to Buy Scheme at this award-winning development of two, three and four-bedroom homes. If you are interested in a new home at White Lodge Farm, do make sure you register your interest as additional homes are released for sale on a regular basis.
2018 saw the first customers move into their new homes at Welland Fields in Lubenham, and the feedback we have received from them has been so wonderful! The homes in this pretty Leicestershire village, located less than two miles from Market Harborough, really do offer the best of rural living, but don't take our word for it - the beautiful show home is available for you to view every weekend between 11.00 am and 4.00 pm.
The seven stunning homes we are creating at Langdale in Thorpe Langton have really captured people's imagination. Designed with the charm of a traditional farmhouse and surrounding farm buildings in mind, each home sits on a generous plot and affords views across the Caudles. Is it any wonder that only three of the seven homes remain for sale?
Finally, we have started building a small number of two, three, and four-bedroom homes at The Orchard in the Leicestershire village of Swinford. The houses all enjoy large gardens with views of the surrounding countryside and have been designed to reflect the traditional homes in Swinford and surrounding villages.
