Grace Homes Welcomes John to the Maintenance and Aftercare Team

We believe the service our customers receive after they have bought their home is equally, if not more, important than the service received during the sales process. With this in mind, we are pleased to welcome John Checkland, who has recently joined the team as Maintenance & Aftercare Coordinator. John’s role will mainly cover maintenance works and subcontractor coordination, and he will be working closely with our team based at head office.

Having spent many years working in his family’s construction business, John joins us with great experience and skills that will ensure we offer our customers an exceptional level of service.

When asked how he feels about taking on this new role John told us: “I’m really pleased to have become part of the Grace Homes team, especially in such a varied role.
