We recently received the wonderful news that two of our developments have made it to the finals of the East Midlands LABC Building Excellence Awards 2020. The developments are:
'Best Small New Housing Development': Langdale, Thorpe Langton
'Best High Volume New Housing Development': Welland Fields, Lubenham
The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards celebrate the essential elements needed for the creation of excellent buildings, such as outstanding craftsmanship, technical innovation, sustainability and high performance. The East Midlands region covers developments across Derbyshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire, Nottinghamshire, so we are suitably thrilled to have reached the final.
The awards ceremony will be a little different this year, with the winners being announced & celebrated digitally on Thursday 27th August 2020. Regardless, it is always such a thrill when the hard work and dedication of our team is recognised, and we hope we are able to bring home at least one win over the coming weeks.
