Grace Homes is Highly Commended at the LABC Building Excellence Awards

It’s been an incredible year for Grace Homes. Firstly our White Lodge Farm development in Burton Latimer was named 'Development of the Year' at the Worcester Bosch Eco 2020 award; the same development received ‘Highly Commended in the ‘Development of the Year’ Award at LABC Warranty awards event, The Bricks; and on 10th November our Site Manager, Andy Redgwell, was highly commended at 'Site Manager of the Year' at the LABC Building Excellence Awards.

The LABC Warranty Site Manager Awards provide recognition and reward for site managers who achieve the highest standards of construction. They are the industry’s way of showing appreciation for those who excel at forming positive working relationships and are able to provide new solutions through their creativity and vision. We are particularly proud that Andy has been given this award as these are qualities he has demonstrated time and time again. Andy, who has worked for Grace Homes for over 8 years, was awarded 'Site Manager of the Year' for the Central Region earlier in the year. He has since faced 15 other finalists in the LABC Grand Finals that took place on Tuesday 10 November 2015 at the Lancaster Hotel, London. The award was assessed from 3,000 registered sites, and so to be awarded highly commended in the final really is a great achievement.
