Plot 97: 3 bedroom semi-detached home with a single garage, £250,000
Plot 98: 3 bedroom semi-detached home with a single garage, £250,000

To reserve we ask for a 1% reservation fee and that you are in a position to proceed with the purchase. Your new home will then be taken off the market. Throughout its build Annie will keep you updated on progress, and invite you in for a viewing as soon as she possibly can. Reserving early often means you can personalise your home by choosing your own kitchen and worktops from our range, as well as your preference of kitchen and bathroom tiling.
