On Thursday 3rd November, 2016 we will find out if our Sales Manager Annie Wicklow is crowned the ‘Unsung Hero’ at the LABC Bricks Awards. Celebrating the best in the house building industry, The Bricks ‘Unsung Hero’ category rewards employees who go above and beyond the call of duty.
For many of our customers, Annie is the face of Grace Homes. She is an integral part of what we do and one of the key reasons why so many of our customers are delighted with their new home.
Annie makes a difference to our customers at every stage of the sales process: from understanding what our customers’ needs are at the initial enquiry; making the sales process as pain-free as possible; working outside of normal working hours so that our customers can make their choices at a time that is convenient to them; through to being on hand to answer any questions during the all-important moving day and beyond. She even makes herself available when she is on holiday to ensure our customers’ home buying experience is seamless and enjoyable.
Whilst we are more than happy to sing Annie’s praises, you are the ones that time and time again tell us how brilliant Annie has been:
“The communication and service was exceptional. We couldn't fault Annie. Our own sale fell through several times, and she couldn't have done any more for us. She was fantastic.”David Walters
“Annie was incredibly helpful and she made the sales process easy and painless. The handover was brilliant.” Mr and Mrs Parsons
“Annie always stayed in touch. She was encouraging and supportive without being overbearing or pushy. I really felt like I could trust her.” Dr Harrington
We are thrilled that Annie is in the final, and hope that she gets the recognition she deserves. Find out more information about The Bricks Awards here.
