We promised to let you know more about the 21 homes we are building at Welland Fields in Lubenham as soon as we could, so we're pleased to be able to share some exciting news with you.
Firstly, the brochure, which includes information about all of the different homes we are building, will be posted out shortly. We'll be sending out your copy as soon as we receive them back from the printers, which we anticipate being within the next two weeks. If you haven't already provided us with your address details, please do get in touch so that we can send you a copy.
The sales office will be opening around Easter, and amongst the first homes to be released for sale will be a three-bedroom home (Kedleston, plot 2), and two four-bedroom homes Glooston (plot 3) and Foxton (plot 4). It is anticipated that the selling prices for these homes will be released in March.
When should you put your house on the market?
We are often asked by potential customers when they should put their home on the market. Whilst it is difficult to give a definitive answer, it may help if we explain how the sales process works. If you would like to reserve a home that has been released for sale you need to:
- Be in a position to proceed with the purchase (this means you either don't have a property that you need to sell or you have sold your home subject to contract)
- Pay a reservation fee, payable by cheque, for 1% of the purchase price
- Have proof of funding in the form of a solicitor's letter or an 'agreement in principle' from your lender
We hope this helps. If you have any other questions you would like us to answer, please call on 01536 740019 or send us an email.
