We’re excited to announce the development of five brick and stone homes in the charming hamlet of Orton. These 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes will be created from a mixture of renovations and conversions of the original farmhouse and traditional farm buildings at Bay House Farm. We hope to start building early in the summer, following some tweaks to the existing plans.
Orton is located approximately 5 miles west of Kettering, on an enviable position of high ground that offers fine views over the surrounding countryside. Despite feeling like you are in the heart of the countryside, the easy access to the A14 links you directly to the Midlands motorway network, and a high speed rail link means you can travel from Kettering to London in under an hour.
The surrounding area offers a superb choice of schooling as well as a wide range of recreational and sporting activities including golf at Rockingham, Kettering, Market Harborough and Luffenham; sailing on Rutland Water; fishing on the Eyebrook Reservoir; and swimming in the Olympic-sized pool at Corby.
