We are thrilled to have been announced as winners in two categories at the recent LABC Building Excellence Awards for the Central region. White Lodge Farm was named ‘Best High Volume New Housing Development’ and site manager Andy Redgwell was crowned 'LABC Residential Site Agent of the Year'. In addition, our development at Duchy Farm, Chelveston was Highly Commended in ‘Best Change of Use or Conversion’ category, and site manager Pat Guest was Highly Commended in the LABC Warranty Site Manager award category. Finalists from Berkshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Northamptonshire and Oxfordshire attended the awards, which are staged annually. Finalists were judged on the “excellence” shown from a construction and technical building control point of view. The fact that more than 250 people, including contractors, architects, designers and local authority building control surveyors were present, makes us even more proud of our team’s achievements. White Lodge Farm and Andy Redgwell have now been shortlisted for the LABC Grand Finals which will be held in London in the autumn.
