Christmas may feel like a distant memory but now that 2016 is upon us, there’s plenty to keep us busy. This year will see the completion of some of our existing developments as well as the start of new projects in several exciting new locations.
All of the homes that have so far been released at 'Old School Avenue', Oundle are now sold, with some of our customers having enjoyed the first Christmas in their new home. In the meantime, the construction of the remaining properties is well underway and the first of these should be available to buy in February (to ensure you are the first to hear receive updates on these properties, if you haven't already done so please

At
The Fieldings in Brigstock we are creating 8 homes in total with a mixture of new builds and conversions of existing buildings. The foundations are in for all of the new build houses and the structure of these charming new homes will soon start to take shape. The sales particulars will be ready for you by the end of February (if you would like to receive a brochure please

In the spring, we will start building 3 large detached houses on
Mackworth Drive in Finedon. The homes will be a mix of ironstone, render and timber cladding with slate roofs and aluminium/ timber composite windows, and we envisage all three homes will be completed by the end of the year.

Finally, we have just submitted a planning application for the next phase of our award winning development at
White Lodge Farm in Burton Latimer. We will be building a mix of 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes and our Sales Manager, Annie Wicklow, will be on-site from early in the summer; we hope first completions will be before the end of the year.
