FLASHES AT THE READY – PHOTOGRAPHIC COMPETITION JUDGED

Burton Latimer library in conjunction with Northamptonshire County Council launched a photographic competition for 12 to 17 year olds on the 17th September 2013, entitled ‘My Village’. All budding David Baileys or Mario Testinos were asked to enter photos of something which they felt would capture the essence of Burton Latimer and the surrounding villages.

Grace Homes was honoured to be asked to judge the competition and Henry Barney attended the event held at Burton Latimer library on the 21st November, where the winner, John aged 14 was presented with a 7” tablet provided by Grace Homes. Jenna aged 14 was presented with the runner up prize.

Henry commented ‘it was wonderful to have been asked to be a part of the competition and to witness the incredible entries that were received; to make the final decision as to the winner was particularly difficult’.
