CLEARANCE WORKS COMMENCE AT DUCHY FARM

Site clearance has started at Duchy Farm, Chelveston-cum- Caldecott in Northamptonshire. Construction work will commence in earnest in the New Year, with first occupations due at the end of next year. We have just submitted a revised planning application to put our own stamp on the project.

The farm is in a beautiful Northamptonshire countryside setting. The farmhouse, dating back to the 17th Century, is Grade 2 listed and will be refurbished and extended to form a four bedroom home with one bedroom annexe. The curtilage listed farm buildings will be converted into three very individual 4 bedroom homes with a superb specification and some great spaces.
