All Systems Go at White Lodge Farm

We’re glad to report that after some initial delays, the main drains and road infrastructure are now under construction at White Lodge Farm, Burton Latimer. With these in place we’re able to focus our attention on the exciting part – namely building the three and four bedroom homes that you’ve been waiting for.
 
The first ten footings for the new homes have been dug, with Plots 97 and 98 being furthest along. At the moment the homes are not at the stage where we can release them for sale, but we hope to be able to do so either later on this year or early on in 2017. We anticipate the first homes will be ready for you to move into by April next year. If you are interested in these new homes, please join our mailing list and we promise we’ll be in touch as soon as we have more news to share with you on this front.
 
In the meantime, the brochure for White Lodge Farm is being produced as we write. Do make sure you have given us your mailing address if you would like us to post you a copy.
 
Towards the end of this month we will find out if the first homes we built at White Lodge Farm will receive further acclaim at the LABC Building Excellence Awards. The development has already been awarded ‘Best High Volume New Housing Development’ for the Central region. We are now waiting in anticipation for the results of the prestigious LABC Grand Finals on the 28th November. Site Manager Andy Redgwell will also find out if he is to be crowned 'LABC Residential Site Agent of the Year'. We’re keeping our fingers crossed and will let you know the result.
