For the most part, we tend to work on small-scale developments of new homes and barn conversions in the rural, brick and stone villages of Northamptonshire. We're not, however, exclusively a developer of village properties. If we come across suitable plots of land, we'll work on urban developments – apartments and townhouses – in towns such as Northampton, Corby, Kettering, and Wellingborough. As with all our new builds and conversions, we create designs to fit with the style of the surroundings, which is why we are equally at home building modern apartments or turning disused factories into contemporary lofts and studio apartments.
Northamptonshire is growing fast – as is local demand for new houses. Although there are plenty of developers building run-of-the-mill homes, there are fewer like us that offer a range of better quality properties for sale. We prefer to concentrate on craftsmanship and natural materials such as timber, stone, slate, tile, and brick. The result is a range of properties – larger family houses as well as smaller homes for couples and singles – that appeal to more discerning homeowners.
