Carlos Spencer, Northampton Saints star and former All Black officially opened the stunning show home at The Haywards, Broughton, Northamptonshire on Saturday 18th October. We were delighted that Carlos was able to take time out of his busy schedule to be there as he is a huge star and a great asset to the County. The weekend was an immense success and we received very positive feed back from all that visited the development.

Work has now commenced at Spire View in Woodford. This development will comprise a terrace of 7 cottages, 2 barn conversions and a period farmhouse for refurbishment and extension (subject to planning). To date work has started on the roads and drainage and we will shortly begin work on the construction of the cottages. Grace Homes was proud to sponsor the recently held ‘September Stroll’ in Orlingbury. Organised by St Mary’s Church, visitors enjoyed the customary cake competition as well as a Pet’s Service that was held on The Green. We also opened the doors of our Manor Farm development, and were pleased to receive very positive feedback regarding the quality and sensitivity of the development from villagers and visitors alike.
